back to diet

work has started and the same goes to work for the body too.
went jogging yesterday and found that i was huffing and puffing halfway through the normal distance. sucks.

but another good thing about coming back is that i am eating less too. at home, one has the liberty to rummage the kitchen and mom's cooking is always tempting on the table.
but at this rented house of mine, i dun even have biscuits. i do have some pieces of chocolates and some fruits. so a healthier week is what i get when i come back here.

at work, i dun even eat at lunch. after breakfast of an apple and a cup of coffee before i go to work, i have snacks of maybe another cut fruit or buns midmorning. in the afternoon, maybe a steam pau (if i bring it back from home) or more fruits. for dinner, i have the caterer's food and i take them without the rice. 3 dishes and a soup. the amount is just moderate. so i am training my stomach to be smaller too. you will get used to it. i dun need that much energy anyway.

Wah lau. No wonder so skinny lah! We only live once you know. Why deprive yourself! :P

As I write I'm half finishing my Baskin Robbins Quart. :=/

it is all about balance babe. i eat less here, but when i go home...haaha...different story lah.anyway, there is nothing to crave in bidor too so i am not depriving myself.
i also have 1/2 pint of br at home ok...but i only have to share it with dad.

I read this post and immediately feel like stuffing my face with fried chicken and biscuits at Popeye's in TTDI. There're WAY too many restaurants in KL! I'll diet together with you in my mind ok :P

is popeye's fried chicken good? i tried once in hk and din like it. kfc's better. haven't tried the one in malaysia.
there are too many temptations in kl, i agree.
but you are already slim enuf lah.

wow so proud of u!!! hehe... great plan. sometimes i wish i were put on survivor island with drink as much as you can mineral water and make boiled veg soup everyday.. hehe.. then maybe i hv a chance in hell to be slim!! hehe...;-)

thank god for puasa month. now i can go back to my yogurt and crackers for breakfast. hehe.. n hope i lose a lil bit and become more fit! hehe
