beanie update

caught...dear beanie looking melancholy yet again wondering what he would do. and there was no better place to do all this deep thinking than his faithful plastic container. yup, he can still fit in.
he injured his front right paw last weekend...but it recovered after 2 days. there was no cut that was visible but his paw was swollen. poor thing, he was limping slightly and when u asked him to give his 'hand' he still lifted the right paw but he only touched you slightly and quickly drew it back again. am glad the ordeal is over for him.

pretty white dress

ahem...ahem...the boss praised me today..ahem....;P
she said i looked nice...err...pretty was her exact word.
was wearing a cotton white dress...yup, i know it is the dress that lifted up the image.
had many compliments from wearing this dress...but coming from her makes it extra special.
and what do i have on my feet? my comfy mizuno running shoes. what a pairing.

lust

greed is luring inside me...
i am looking at all those new handphones with slide up keyboard like pads and those with broadband function. ooh...they are sooo sophisticated for those people-on-the-go. but am i in that category? do i have urgent mails to check or documents to send via the phone?

haha...but the idea of holding the phone in the hand is enough to give me a little excitement. those things aren't cheap mind you.

what do i have in mind?? well, at least day-dreaming about.

1. nokia e75
2. sony ericson experia

so which is better??

do we have a date?

anyone up to a shopping spree or a window shopping one this weekend??
isetan is having their sales and members are entitled to extra 10% discount on selected items. on friday, saturday and sunday...you might find some good ones sometimes.

yes, we are in a recession and not supposed to spend unnecessarily, but shopping is one of the best ways to destress and to get out of this gloomy days right?
just bring cash and leave your credit card at home, that way you won't overspend.
so do we have a date??
can't make it on friday although i wish to, so it will be saturday afternoon. so see you there.

tofu vs cucumber

hahaha...i can't help nicking this from an article in the star paper today. i guess this is the only time u get to compare a man's penis to tofu.

below is how they describe the erection hardness of the penis.

“Level one is like tofu where the male organ is large but not hard, level two is similar to a peeled banana where it’s not hard enough for penetration, level three is like an unpeeled banana where it’s hard enough for penetration but not completely, and level four is similar to a cucumber where it’s completely hard and fully rigid,”

so we know that tofu is good for health, but in the end it is the cool cucumber that triumphs in bed. ;P

love hurts

This must be the effect of gossip girl taking over me.
I am not sure what I will be rambling about but this thing is just in my head now.
How does one love and not be hurt? How can one love so freely? How can one have so many partners and act nonchalant at the same time?

Being in love is a courageous act I think. One needs to pour his or her heart’s contents out for the other. There is no such thing as loving someone half-heartedly. How can one control that? If you are in love, you should be suffused in love. The lovey-dovey feeling should be there and it will warm the cockles of your heart. You will feel like you are walking on air or floating. When you think of that person, it should bring a smile to your face.

Is my description on target? Nooo….not that I am in love at the moment but that is what I think a person in love should feel.

I am a coward and I dun think I will ever find love or open myself up to anyone. Once you do, you will only make yourself more vulnerable to hurt or whatever that might come your way. And I cannot do that. I will love whole-heartedly and I will be over concerned about things. I will be so blinded by love that I will lose direction and lose footing on the firm ground. In one word, again I am a ‘coward’.

You will say tat being in love will open a whole new world. Yeah… a whole new world of emotions no doubt. And the world will be flooded by them. Why am I so cynical? And u thought that I was a free spirit who would go with the flow. I know I am not that spirit as much as I wanted to be. I will love conservatively if I love…if I ever love.

Until the next movie or series affects me … I am signing off now.

Xoxo

disturbed...

strange but true.
i am disturbed when i had to correct mistakes made by colleagues who are more senior than me in age and experience. i hate this part of the job! can't i be left doing my own stuff and they do theirs just as well? some of the mistakes are really obvious. tenses! duh! i am just uncomfortable identifying the mistakes and telling them to correct them. i dun wanna be like breathing down their neck all the time and make them feel uncomfortable as well. hmmh..come to think of it, do they mind...or how do they feel when i point out the mistakes....

i think i might be thinking too much. everyone is human...they make mistakes and i make mine too. just be ready to accept this fact and we all will work just fine.

fruit diet...failed attempt ;P

so so so...has anyone been inspired by the previous post to start the fruit diet??
i have but it remains a failed attempt.
let me give my 'reasons'.
first of all, there were not enuf variety of fruits to go around in the house for that purpose.
second, can anyone resist their mom's cooking?

i think the second question kills the diet plan. but anyway, i managed to do a bit of fruit eating on friday night and saturday.
it all started on friday night when i decided not to have dinner aka solid food because i had a filling meal for lunch. hence it was a big big apple for dinner and banana...big pisang emas. yummy.
and on saturday morning, i did not feel any hunger pang when i woke up. instead i felt light...as in not bloated. and i cheated on the diet plan...i had a cup of my instant coffee. then it was another banana and at mid morning, a big pear. i did not feel hungry at all and i actually felt good with my body.
but then came afternoon. the aroma of mom stir-frying those roast pork was unbearable. i told myself i was going to be strong and resist but in the end, the glutton side of me won. i took those roast pork with a bowl of stir fried vege dish. at night, it was a bowl of tofu fish soup.

learnt something about the body from this short tryout. the stomach started to feel heavy and bloated after taking meat. the light feeling i had is no longer here. i guess this diet is worth trying. mom was saying how unhealthy this diet was...and malnutrition came up. but today's paper encouraged ppl to eat more vege and fruits to discourage inflammation in the body. i think i need that.

i wonder whether the energy level will drop if u take this diet on working days. anyway, i am planning to bring lots and lots of fruits back this week. will have fruits in the afternoon instead of a rice meal. the caterer sends food to the house in the afternoon already now, so my soup is waiting for me when i get home from work. that should be enuf for the day. morning will be bread and butter and a cup of coffee.

so wait for my progress report.

thank you miss mathew for the award!!! i dedicate this to all my friends too!! well, i hope you know who you guys are....not many have blog...so there will be no links. if i am still keeping in touch with you, you know u are in my list! i only make friends with good and nice ppl!

go fruits!

ok this is forwarded to me by a friend and i would just like to share it with more ppl. i have heard before that fruits should be eaten on empty stomachs and the idea of trying the fruit diet is really tempting. who does not want radiant skin? i guess you just need discipline and a myriad of fruits so you won't be bored. has anyone tried? i might have to cheat somewhere with this diet...

THE CORRECT WAY OF EATING FRUITS

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it,and just popping it into our mouths. It's not so easy as you think. It's important to know how, and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?
· IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!
FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss, and other life activities.

· FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots, and ferments, and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach, and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat water-melon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat bananas, I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food, and produces gas, and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits like orange, and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did a research on this matter.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness, and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice -
drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT From the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat Cooked fruits, because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.

Cooking destroys all the vitamins .

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you just let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits, and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty.
This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E & fiber. Its Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away?
Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content , it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit.
Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessels-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE : Sweetest medicine.
Taking 2 -4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON : Coolest
Thirst Quencher Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for Vitamin C.
They are the clear winners for their high Vitamin C content.
Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes..

Drinking Cold water after meal = Cancer!
Can you believe this??

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.. It will slow down the digestion..

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down, and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats, and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup, HOT TEA or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks.

HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!)

Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.

Nausea, and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware.
The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

Read this ...It could save your life!!
Let's say it's 6.15 pm and you're driving home. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm, and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home.
Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.

'HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE':

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly, and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly, and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, deep, and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath, and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart, and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm.

In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!

V's day...

the first word that croaked out from my mouth that day was 'F**K'. the clock was showing 7a.m. and i was still in bed! it was sports day! i should have been in school at that time and there i was jumping out of bed as fast as i could and rushing in the toilet. did i accidentally switch off the alarm? then why did my housemate not knock the door of my room till it came crashing down?? i was confused.

but luckily i still made it on the field 15 mins later and found a good spot to park my car. i was fast eh. luckily i had packed all my things the night before and all i had to do was grabbed them as i ran down the stairs. early planning saved the day.

and what a day it was...under the sun till 2p.m.! yeah, the whole event only ended at 2! it was the longest sports day ever! but i had fun...migling with the young ones and feeling young all over again. haha... i guess i am hiding in this cloak of youth...i think i can be young again when i am surrounded by them. and i had fun too being made to feel important by being consultant to all those who needed help regardless of team colours. see...i am so unbias.

my voice could still perform some tasks like shouting and cheering for the tug-of-war teams and giving advice and orders but that was because i kept dunking my throat with water...6 bottles of 700ml sky juice all in all. and oh, chewing gum to keep the throat wet. but everyone who heard me said the voice was sexy so i guess...my condition has not improved at all till today.

a bottle of 'loh hon gor' from dear alex. he promised this on thursday and voila, on friday morning, it was on my table at 7a.m. dun be jealous....

our uniform for the day. the boss wants everyone to look like a team and this is the colour selected in the hurry to get it out by saturday. eeeewww right?? reminded me of a traffic cone. and the material was sooo hot and stuffy....no ventilation at all. luckily the colour when paired up with a black pants still looks ok. it will remain in the closet until the next time when there is another order to be in it again.

my newly acquired tan..hmmh...the photo makes it look a bit lighter. i am dark! and the nose is tanned...haha...the only place on the face which is redder because i was in my shades all the time.

and this was my lunch on valentine's day. no chocolates and no flowers. only 2 wishes from kind hearted souls hehe...i am bad too, i din wish anyone. i had this meal at 4p.m. and that was my meal for the whole day besides 2 pieces of raisin bread i had and 2 curry puffs in the mid morning. what a good way to loose weight. i was just too full with the amount of liquid i filled my body with. the chicken rice was take-away after sports day was over and the tart was bought by mom.
and mom also got me these to cure the dry throat. i dun really have a sore throat but i lost my voice. mom also made me a concoction made from preserved lime...its colour was awful like murky drain water..but it tasted sourish and salty...yummy. another glass please...

and last but not least...the only photo of the day's event: darlie advertisement?? i am proud of all of u and many others not captured here.

on the 13...ooh, it was friday the 13

i did not realise that last friday was the 13th until i typed the title of this post. hmmhh...the first time i actually do something on that day and it turned out well.

celebrated a colleague's birthday to be exact but i did not really have to do much. was involved in the initial planning stage and then just spread the words around to a few close colleagues to come in time for the dinner of steam boat.

and what a dinner it was...yummy stuff to dip in the two sorts of soups we had. it was a great relief after the busy week at work to be able to unwind with good food. the food part has to give credit to queen lah who went to the market and roped in her mom to help as well. the big prawns were really fresh and big.

the birthday cake from tg malim...yummy fruit flan at only rm25.

this chinese medicinal soup...yummy and a welcome to relief the heat of the week.

this pot is not my dip...sour tomyam. any other day would be fine, but not this week.

we managed to touched the birthday girl's heart and she gave us a heartfelt speech. so may you have many more happy returns in the years to come fong mei.

tqtqtq miss mathew. hmm..i will pass it on to stormy bea. she is getting married this weekend. so here's hoping that she will have a good marriage with her loved one.

toasted

i am a piece of toast. dark on the outside and white on the inside. dry on the surface and soft and fluffy on the inside...ok the second description might be a bit too much.
basically,i am very tanned now. and those dry areas are really very itchy. imagine waking up at 2 in the morning scratching at your legs. yes the legs felt itchier and drier than the arms. i thought the arms were exposed more to the sun but i guess the scorching hot afternoon sun has found its target at the legs more. i can feel the beginning of rashes already on the legs. it will get worse if i cannot control myself from scratching. but it is really difficult to find that control.

futhermore, the wrist on the right is also very itchy due to sensitivity to a piece of wooden accessory worn yesterday. i have only worn it twice and twice also the same effect. so i guess i will be giving this piece of accessory away.

the voice is officially gone today. i dunno how i am going to conduct the assembly later. they will hear croacking on the microphone instead. i wanna scold a group of ppl afterwards as well...i am sure the voice will come back when the fury is there.

have a good weekend everyone and happy valentine's day. may your celebration of love be one that will lead to better things.

loving tug-of-war

i love tug-0f-war.
the team spirit involves, the 8 persons in line and all the shouting and puffing and gritting teeth actions that come with it. i love everything about this! and of course, losing your voice at the end of the tug is no exception as well. and when you win...ok or your team wins, the experience is sweeter. however, the best part is during the tug itself. the anticipation, the excitement, the exhilaration, the anxiety...oh you just name it.

whether you win or lose is not important...as long as you enjoy the experience and show your determination during the process. winner and loser...there will definitely be. i am not just saying this because my girl and boy teams managed to get into the final...because it is exactly how i feel. oh, we have lost before but it did not deter us from trying again the next year. and the co-operation shown by all the team members really makes me proud. they were so united yesterday that their actions and shoutings were syncronised. how cool is that? and to think that they were almost giving up in the first round. all their faces were red and they had been at the fight for almost one minute. gosh...in the end, it was their perseverence that won the day. i could have given everyone a hug but that would have created a bit controversies i am sure.

looking forward to this saturday. it is going to be a tough fight i am sure but we are definitely not giving up. and those boys were saying, 'better do it properly or miss L is going to kill us.' well, it is nice to know i have some influence. haha...until then, it will be less talking these 2 days because i have lost my voice to all the shoutings yesterday. but it was worth it.

i am HOT

i am hot!! yeah...literally hot that is.
been standing in the hot sun for 2 days straight and there is one more day to go...oh and another on saturday. sports on valentine's day. how romantic.
the skin tone has gone darker by a few shades and it is so exhausting. been making use of the cap and sunglasses to the max... and am wondering whether i should put on a straw hat as well for more coverage. an umbrella is a bit troublesome since i will be running around on the field from one spot to the other. it will be miss L come here, miss L we need you here, miss L what are we going to do now. i am that important huh? okok... so full of myself.
no matter how much water i drink, i won't get the urge to go for that nature's call. i think all those liquid has evaporated in the sun. well, i will 'enjoy' myself in the meantime because this is going to end next week after the 3-day stint at proton city.

yesterday night was spent doing nothing but watching the last few episodes of gossip girl season 1. that is my new addiction. i might start season 2 tonight if time permits...but i think i should hit the sack early. gosh, the series theme song keeps repeating itself in my head. what scandalous lives those teens lead in the series. do they really hava that kind of lifestyles in the real world? all those clothes and bags they use have been a feast for the eyes. it was fun identifying the bags. i started watching because yeelin was watching. but have been interested in blake lively for a while since i watched her in sisterhood of the travelling pants. so with Queen doing all the downloading, i only have to switch on the notebook and voila, all my episodes are ready for me. how blessed.

cannot ramble anymore. time to go back and change and head to the field again.

men in dresses

i dunno that one can be fined for cross dressing as the other gender out of fun. so we have no freedom to have fun now with our dressing?
are women guilty of dressing in pants or tuxedo coat? catch me...i am in trousers today.

happy chap goh meh

presenting: my granny's kuih....fatt kou. ok that is all i know about the name. but granny made this for today's prayer signifying the last day of chinese new year aka chap goh meh.
this fatt kou tastes good since it is a successful attempt. there have been many failed attempts before this but glad to know this time it turns out well. the home-made version either by mom or grandma is still the best.

so chinese new year has come and gone. i guess it is time to take down those red decorations in the house now. and u still have a basket of mandarin oranges lying in the house? well fret now...it is the chinese's valentine's day right today? and according to tradition, those single young man and woman will write their wishes (now they write their contact numbers) on the oranges and throw them into the river. let the lucky one pick up their mate from the oranges floating in the river. hmmh....i have a basket of mandarin oranges left...and this year's oranges are not good...tasteless and sour, so maybe it is a good idea not to waste them and use them for my future.

i still have 2 ang pows coming my way today from parents. yeah...so nice of them.

and those lovers out there, love is in the air in all kinds of media!! and it sucks for singletons. valentine's dinner, valentine's gift, stories of valentine, lovey-dovey tales, etc will be infesting the media this week. i sound as bitter as the mandarin oranges huh? so no one is buying me valentine's gift...but who cares. the pendant in the star by tous is really beautiful. good idea to give jewelry as gift to a girl. do not buy flowers and chocolate!!! well, that is what i think. i might go and check out the tous counter when i have the time. been a while since i checked and i have always liked their sterling silver stuff. a gift for myself, celebrating my singlehood. how lame. but since it is all about saving due to the economic recession this year, might just end up staring at those jewelry and keeping them in mind.

weather havoc

i am almost devoured by an army of mosquitoes tonight. there is just a sudden influx of them out of nowhere and i being a mosquito magnet regardless of place or time, sacrificed for all and was slapping and hitting for almost 2 hours. i think i killed more than 20 mossies and lost a bit of blood in the process as well. all of them just hovered around me!
it is a hot night unlike yesterday. i can't believe that i caught a cold from the cold night! grandma was wearing 2 layers of sweaters to sleep while i switched on the table fan at the lowest speed only. i would have suffocated otherwise. woke up in the middle of the night as the nose was almost blocked. then the sneezing and running nose started. it is not that bad now but my nose is already red. hope it will come to and end by tomorrow. will make sure i have the extra blanket nearby. i am soooo sensitive to weather changes!!

and my face is breaking out because of too much time spent under the sun. the body feels heaty and the gum is sore. i can feel the wisdom tooth pushing the gum. started taking granny's green herbal pill to reduce the heat in the body. it should work. sore throat is here as well.

meanwhile down under, they are complaining of the oven-like temperature. poor them in melbourne. the reading on the mercury was around 46C. i cannot imagine how hot it is...and with the bush fire. gosh, u guys better take tonnes of water and stay indoor. oh by the way, do they give VAT reduction for tiffany's products? hehehe...tiffany is tax free in malaysia so it is actually cheaper compared to the prices i see online at the australian website. they have actually increased the prices this year!!! sucks!! but if there is VAT refunds, it might be a different story.

oh back to weather. london and europe is experiencing snowfall. so i think snow in february is almost a fixture already every year, is it not? last year it snowed around this time too right? things in germany must be so static and quiet. gosh, how depressing.

i think i am going to write more nonsense if i continue. going to catch a movie now. keep warm or keep cool wherever you are and drink lots of water!!!

this game called politics

yeah...mom bought the newspaper today...haha...dun have to sit in front of the screen for too long to scan the news. but to get the latest, the online version is waaay better. sometimes the news i read online will only appear in print like after 2 days. so i guess reading newspaper online is already part of the routine now. and the latest political upheaval in perak makes one check for updates almost every hour. there is another colleague who is so keen on all these political news that he will go to malaysiakini and merdekareview from time to time...and all you have to do is ask him for the latest updates when u see him. handy.
all these politician games just show how dirty politics is. well i am not an expert in this view and i better shut my mouth. but what i know is many people think the stuff happening now is silly and frustrating. the ppl want transparency and fairness. we still have a looong way to go or maybe we will never get there at all.

sorry...wrong number

ever got funny wrong sms sent to your phone? i got one in chinese just now...only 5 words...and i only understood 2. the first two words: lao po (wife)....and then 3 words...dunno how to read them and an animation of the blue figure kissing the screen. hahahaha...i replied and asked who the person was and asked if it was wrong no. the reply came within seconds...sorry wrong number.
how could someone get the wife's no wrong?? or maybe the woman or gal is just a so-called wife? imagine if you have composed a personal message and sent it out and it reached the wrong person...or another person in your call list...that would be quite embarassing or funny. that behind the screen communication is a gut-booster i guess for those who find it hard to say it in person (like me???). but u just keep your fingers crossed that it is the person addressed who will open the sms box and there is no operator glitch when you sent out the intended message.

i have nothing to blog about.
i thought i have, but when i come online, the mind just goes blank.
too busy with work stuff and sports to think of others.
am feeling shitty because the feet is giving me trouble again...hate the pain. do i really have to stop running for good?

dinner dilemma

the hokkien will celebrate their new year tomorrow on monday night and the firecrackers will surely be booming when it strikes 12. one wonders what happen to the ban on fireworks. the ppl surely has a way of getting the banned items. way to go.

so thank goodness tuesday is a public holidays so the disturbed sleep can be compensated by waking up late the next day.

waa....the headache of my dinners will start tomorrow. no dinners sent to my house till 16 feb. 2 weeks! i might just resort to maggi every night...but eeww. read in the newspaper that someone managed to lose more than 100 kg of weight by not eating rice for one whole year. so anyone interested to take the challenge? nooo...i am not doing that. i just want dinner. have to keep some foodstuff which will come handy. any suggestions?? yoghurt is convenient...but not filling. fruits? not a big fan esp if it is to stuff myself full. fast. eat a full lunch and not get hungry at night. possible? or can i tumpang someone's dinner?

aunt and yeelin will be leaving for australia on 5th...so tata yeelin. they are in genting now.
phew! i am glad that i watched the curious case of benjamin button on the small screen.
i would have come out from the big screen with sniffy nose and red eyes.
yes, i did cry...towards the end when benjamin got younger.
it took me twice to finish this movie. started watching few weeks ago, and today sat through the last 2 hours. the movie is about 2 hours and 45 mins.
not sure if it can win the oscars but brad's performance was good.
watch it if u are a patient audience. the story will slowly unfold and u will get a flat bum by the time u finish.

*edited...just a small 's'
