some cheers on a sunday

ok....i am forced to do this post by mom and aunt. they want to have bragging rights on this blog too to show their conqusts at eng choon association lunch held today.

this is a lucky draw hamper which mom got. i think it has been ages since she got lucky and this was the hamper she said in jest she wanted to aunt when they passed the gift table.

this is the certificate we got from grandma's donation to the association. well, i should say grandma and uncle's donation since uncle topped up to the final amount.

and ah-ha....yesterday i was talking about empty nest....and the nest became empty in the evening already. bye bye little birdies. i wonder if the mother bird will come back to lay her eggs here since there is a ready-made nest already.

my 'nest' will be quite empty too this week.....classes are cancelled due to exam week. yippee!!! i am going to catch up on the episodes of amazing race season 20 i have downloaded....and breaking dawn part 1 too. can't wait.
