dream home...dream on lah

i have found my dream home lah! it is situated at bukit gita bayu. had the opportunity to go into this gated enclave and see for myself nice homes...from the outside. the developer is really low-key and they dun do any advertising.

but the homes...oh, they are to die for. some were pre-built by the developer but the highlights were those built by the owner themselves. they just bought a piece of land and build their dream homes from scratch. and they are gorgeous! we could see chandelier hanging in the living room, imported cars, and most impressive of all is the architecture of the homes. one of the homes, or i think 2 of them were featured in one newly published books about malaysian houses. the new malaysian house by robert powell i think. only 2 bungalows here have swimming pool. but the residents here can all go to the club house if they want a dip. the photos i have taken are mostly of the club house.i was too engrossed admiring those gorgeous bungalows to take any photos. the minimum rental for one bungalow here is 10k you!!

and the security guards here are very strict. i got in because aunt's friend is an owner of one of the bungalows here lah which she has rented out.even the former prime minister could not get entry into this place ah when he wanted to visit someone here. he asked the guard, 'do you know who i am?'. the guard nodded his head and said, 'but you dun have the permission to enter so i can't let you in.' and the prime minister gave him the thumbs-up.

one of the houses i have managed to capture. this is not so impressive from outside.

a new phase..all sold out.

i love this artwork. done by one of aunt friend's daughter. the little mice there are cut-outs. they have pasted them all over the house on the wall. sooo cute and creative.

i was the designated driver yesterday and went to kl lah. had dinner at tai thong in damansara (opposite prudential building). sooo full. big makan this cny. one more day of rest before work starts again.
