another cheese cake

got this request from mom to post this photo on the blog for aunt to see. Well i guess i was wrong about mom not making another cake. But i bet she is also making it because she is going to visit her parents@ graveyards tomorrow with my uncle, mom's brother and his family. Mom used a larger baking tray this time hence the cake did not balloon so high. I suggested using cup cake sizes next time. Will see how that goes. Anyway, my breakfast tomorrow is settled and i still have some bread karen brought back from the loaf. Breakfast is no doubt my favourite meal of the day.
