other so-so stops in yunnan- local tribes' villages

all these villages were visited in li jiang. i think yunnan is known for the large number of minority tribes who reside here in china.

the visits were not that interesting to me. i mean, you don't really get to see the authenticity in these places. they are all like show places made for tourists and you only listen as the guide briefed you along the places.

i did not really get much from these visits.

i think this place is called the courtyard of many gods.

again, i love the snow-capped peaks. ;)

this is a water village...but you can't really see much water here.
