still no product yet....

aduh....what a journey with my online europe purchase this time around....i still cannot see the destination yet.....

i e-mailed them this week regarding the other when aunt called me from germany saying they had called from paris. and this is the reply i got regarding the delay in my shipping:

and so, i wrote to them saying that i will call them on friday, today. i can only call on friday because i will be home by then and i can use the italk card to call. calling from my handphone will be silly.

so i talked to them just now...and the reason why they had called was due to the inconsistencies in the order. crap! the purchase is made under my name, and my account but the name on the credit card is not mine and the name of the person receiving the order is also different from the credit card. get it or all muddled up? i don't blame you. i bet they in paris also had a headache.
so i had to explain and clarify matters and they wanted the card holder (my uncle) to write a letter of authorisation about the purchase. so i became my uncle also just now, and wrote that e-mail using another e-mail account of mine and sent it out.

so now, i can only keep my finers crossed.
