our escapade to klcc and more christmas!!!

woohoo...it was escape today in klcc.....but.....

the escape did not start that easily. we had to make sure grandma had her breakfast and medicine and was settled....then it was grandpa's turn. gosh, managing grandpa is so so much more difficult. grandma is very obedient and she listens to every instruction given. it is the other way round with grandpa who is as stubborn as a mule.

the floor next to his bed was wet with urine again and his trousers too. we had to keep pressuring him to take a bath when he insisted he would take it later in the day. eeeww...

so after seeing him into the bathroom to take his bath, only then cousin and i left.

what a tiring day we had as well but both of us were glad to escape from home for the day.

shopping is never a problem for the both of us hahaha...and we got almost everything in our shopping list.....ahem...and more ;)

most of the things in my shopping list are related to things needed by grandpa and grandma at home- wet wipes, diapers, prune juice, sleepwear trousers, etc.

i got a packet of pants adult diapers for grandpa, but unfortunately, no matter how much i pressed, he refused to wear it. i will not give up!!!!

ok....back to shopping and eating again...it was fun trying newly-opened places
we had some japanese food at isetan's new food court. yummy.

and popcorn from garrett popcorn from chicago. we bought chicago mix , small packet at rm16. it was a mix of cheese and caramel crisp. cheese was really cheesy but the popcorn was kinda soft. i prefer the caramel crisp. yummy!!! must try....definitely the best popcorn i have ever eaten.

then this was late late tea at cafe vienna. the tiramisu sucks and i think the chocolate and banana cake is only so-so. the drinks are not bad. i had double mocha with liquor while cousin had iced coffee. then jiaen came to join us here and she accompanied us for about 2 hours.

haha...had some free time while waiting for jiaen to come and noticed the mirrored ceiling. could not help from taking a photo. i think my pink fluorescent bag is the most striking sitting there next to me.

and ho! ho! ho! it was merry christmas again wakakakaka.......
my cousin bought me the hello kitty face towel. oh so cute!!!! love love love.

and...i also got myself a bracelet from mulberry. gosh...i am too generous with myself haha.....

i have been eye-ing this bracelet since it was launched years ago...but the high price always put me off. then today, i went to check out the leather bracelet i wanted (which i had posted one month ago), i found this jewel instead.

they did not have the leather bracelet i wanted, but they have this silver one with charms at 50% discount!! woohoo!!! this bracelet is much more expensive than the leather one. and when they told me it was the last piece, i asked for further discount, and they added 10% discount for me. kakakakaka.....happy happy happy. i don't need any charm bracelet anymore or tiffany's bracelet.

this is definitely chunkier but it is just how i like it.

ok...it is almost 1a.m now. see, i told you my night is short. haha....my cousin said that i din even have any night today since my day never ended. don't understand?

i only slept few hours today as i was sleeping with grandma. she fidgeted the whole night touching here and there, getting this and that and grunting in her sleep. since i am a light sleeper, it was hard for me.

well, let me sleep please tonight. i have been losing damn lots of sleep. and i have to wake up at 7a.m. later to go back to bidor for a briefing at 9a.m. and to sign the documents agreeing to extend my retirement age to 60. it will be fun catching up with all colleagues.

well, here is to a better tomorrow......
